The primary service DP Waldman provides as a practitioner is the Professional or Executive Coaching relationship. DP's specialty as a coach is in helping clients to better manage inter-personal relationships in the workplace. He helps clients to better understand themselves and the differences between people, and to make adjustments for greater impact. DP supports clients in dealing with recurring difficult emotions that get in the way of clear communication, managing effectively, and overall performance. Working with DP helps leaders and managers improve relationships, develop executive presence, and increase emotional intelligence.
DP Waldman is also available to work with private clients who are not primarily focused on workplace issues. Whether it be about growing a small business, navigating a mid-career transition, or resolving difficult interpersonal relationship problems, we are ready to help.
