For the past decade DP has worked as an Executive Coach and facilitator for Leadership Coach Training within organizations across many industries and cultures. He has served as senior faculty member of two European training schools and is also active as an Executive Coach for The Ken Blanchard Companies. DP is credentialed with The International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
